DELIVERY TIME

For main centres, you should receive your order within 2-4 business days and please allow for regional areas 7 working days. We will how ever try our level best to get the products quicker. 


All orders placed before 10 AM, will ship out the same day, any order placed after will ship the following business day. Once your order has been placed, you'll first receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipment notification email with tracking once shipped.

Please note, we ship only within South Africa only and all our deliveries are FREE.

RETURN / REFUND 

You may return your order incase of incorrect size/colour within 14 days of purchase date. Once received , the return goods will be inspected to make sure if its still in the original state before performing any exchange or refunds. The return goods will be at your expense. You may also return your product at one of our three branches with the original receipt.

We highly recommend saving the receipt or tracking details verifying the return of your goods. If you have a problem or discrepancy (including shortages, damages, etc.) with an order contact us within 72 hours of receiving goods.
